Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of this website for your use of Omiegle. By using the site or the connected video chat experience, you accept them. They are written in plain language on purpose — the rules only work if they are actually read.
1. You Must Be 18 or Older
Omiegle is strictly for adults. By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the higher age of majority where you live). If you are under 18, you may not use Omiegle in any form. There are no exceptions, including with parental permission.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use Omiegle to have real conversations with other adults, for yourself, in a lawful way. That means:
- Use the service only for its intended purpose — personal, live conversation.
- Follow the community guidelines in every conversation.
- Comply with the laws that apply to you where you are.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the service if you are under 18, or expose any minor to it.
- Harass, threaten, defraud or exploit other users.
- Record, capture or share another person's video, image or personal information without their consent.
- Use the service for commercial solicitation, spam, or to advertise other services.
- Use bots, automation, scrapers or anything that simulates a human participant.
- Attempt to probe, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or its security.
- Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
4. Accounts
There is no long signup form. Where the connected experience requires an account, one may be created automatically for you. Any such account belongs to one person — you. You may not sell, transfer, share or lend it to anyone else, and you are responsible for what happens through it.
5. Payments
The core experience is free to start. Some features inside the connected experience may be paid. Any paid feature, and its price, is shown to you before you buy — you will never be charged for something you did not knowingly choose. Billing for paid features is handled inside the connected experience under the terms presented there at the time of purchase.
6. Content and Behavior
You are responsible for what you say, show and do on camera and in text chat. Content or behavior that violates the community guidelines or the law is prohibited. Conversations happen live between users; the operator does not pre-screen them and is not the author of what other users say or do.
7. Termination
You can stop using Omiegle at any time. The operator may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or the community guidelines, or where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service. Serious violations — above all, anything involving minors — result in immediate loss of access and may be reported to authorities.
8. Disclaimers
In plain language: the service is provided "as is." We do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not verify the identity of any user — the person on the other side of a match is a stranger, and you use your own judgment when talking to them. Nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this website is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of other users, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.
10. Trademarks and Independence
Omiegle is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Omegle or OmeTV, and it makes no claim to their names or marks. Omegle, OmeTV and any other third-party names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe or compare, never to claim association.
11. Changes to These Terms
When these terms change, the effective date at the top is updated, and material changes will be made reasonably visible. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
